La antigua discográfica de Prince, ha anunciado esta semana la publicación para el próximo 29 de noviembre de una edición Deluxe del disco que lo lanzó al estrellato y con el que consiguió su primer Platino, "1999". La presentación es muy interesante pues, además de la remasterización del disco original, se publicarán canciones de esa época guardadas en "The Vault", mezclas promocionales de los singles, Caras B y un concierto de la gira dado el 30 de noviembre de 1982 en Detroit. Además, también se publicará en DVD el concierto del 29 de diciembre de 1982 en Houston, del cual se puede ver un extracto publicado en su canal oficial de Youtube. Las cajas, que se presentarán en diferentes formatos y de las que ya se puede hacer el pedido, estarán acompañadas de apuntes del artista, letras manuscritas y fotos raras de aquella época. Estamos sin duda, ante una presentación muy seductora por parte de Warner.
